Our Specialist Equipment
The HIAB Advantage

Why We Use HIAB (Crane) Vehicles

Unlike standard pallet deliveries that are restricted to flat concrete, our HIAB service offers unparalleled flexibility.

Over Obstacles: We can often lift crates over small walls, hedges, or fences to place them closer to your storage.
Gravel Friendly: While pallet trucks sink in gravel, our cranes can place wood directly onto loose surfaces.
Space Saving: We can tuck crates into tight corners that a vehicle might not be able to drive into.

Preparing for Your Delivery

What We Need From You

To ensure a smooth “kerbside delivery,” please keep the following in mind:

Access Requirements: Our trucks are large (approx. 3m wide) and require sufficient turning room.
Surface Types: Standard pallet truck deliveries require a hard, flat surface like tarmac or concrete.
Unattended Delivery: You don't need to be home! Just leave clear instructions on where you’d like the bags or crates placed.
